THE WINESPARK METHOD, AN INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY
EXTRUSION + PREFORMING THE CORK + CLOSING THE HEAD
The corks are produced in a continuous way by an automated plant that combines in an in-line process the extrusion, the moulding, the cut and the final heat head closing of the cork .

· The advantages of Extrusion · Continous production · Dimensions and density of the corks stay consistant · Internal homogeneous cellular structure · No external superficial irregularities |
The advantages of Closing the Heads · It creates an effective barrier with the outside · It prevents the absorption of the wine · It is easy to insert |
